Dobbo Goes Up In Smoke

I'm just sorting through my photos from the ANDRA Pro Series Top Fuel round from the weekend, and came upon this photo of WA local Allan Dobson's first qualifying pass, when he smoked the tyres just after the hit.

Matt Treasure recently took to the track in Allan and Cheryl Greene's new 'Greene Machine' Nitro Funny Car. This shot is from Matt's first pass in the car.

Congratulations to Mark Sheehan on taking the his second ANDRA Pro Series Top Fuel round win, with a win over Phil Lamattina in the final of the first of two rounds to be held at the Perth Motorplex this season.

A few years back, I started a group over on flickr called 'CH3NO2', devoted to NitroMethane fuel. While not exclusively for drag racing photos, it's turned that most of the photos are from drag racing events around the world.
